5 Sunday Rituals To Practice For An Amazing Week
At the end of each week, we get super excited for the weekend for the chance to relax for a little while and collect ourselves so that we have the strength to go into the next week feeling refreshed and prepared.
However, after going out on Friday night and then only getting out of bed at 1 p.m. on Saturday, many people do not use their weekends in a way that sets them up to have a good week.
We have some Sunday rituals right here that could help you to fix all of that, though.

During the week, you probably have one handbag or briefcase that goes with you everywhere and that you store everything in, from used tissues to important documents. At the beginning of the week, it is a good idea to have a clean handbag or briefcase.
Take some time out of your Sunday to empty your handbag or briefcase and repack it in an easy-to-use and neat way so that everything is easily accessible and stored correctly.
Meal Prep

Many people struggle to eat healthily because they don’t have the time or the energy to cook themselves healthy meals when they get home from work. This leads to people eating fast food or not eating at all.
To ensure that you are eating healthy and well-balanced meals, you should meal prep on a Sunday to have at least one meal a day for the week ready for you so that it is less for you to worry about.
List

Many people feel frazzled during the week, especially on a Monday because they do not have a plan for their day, or at least not one they can follow easily enough to make their day run more smoothly.
Take some time on a Sunday to sit down and plan your week with to-do lists. You can simply make a list for Monday, or you can go ahead and complete your to-do list for the week so that you’re fully prepared.
Inbox

One of the most stressful things about work on a Monday morning is opening your emails and seeing that you have 200 new emails that have been sent throughout the weekend that you need to read over.
It is a good idea to sit down on a Sunday and begin clearing your inbox out. Flag the important emails and delete any unnecessary emails or promotional emails so that your inbox is clear on Monday morning.
Self-Care

You have probably already heard the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup,” and it is true, which means that your Sunday should consist of at least one self-care activity to refill your cup for the week.
This can be anything from doing a face mask to taking a long, hot bath and reading your book before going to bed. Self-care is whatever you want it to be, and you should be generous with yourself when practicing self-care.
