Even if you aren’t a very observant person, you will no doubt have noticed that over the past couple of weeks, your life has been turned upside down. Whether it be your professional life or personal relationships, life has been particularly challenging over the past couple of weeks.

The reason for all of this is that Mercury was in retrograde and old energies were being cleared out so that we could experience new ones with the arrival of the strawberry supermoon. However, that does not mean that Mercury retrograde did not take a toll on us all.

Here is how you can recover from the effects of Mercury retrograde while you are still in retroshade.

You may have noticed that you felt a little lost during the retrograde in terms of communication. A lot of the communication you may have had over the past few weeks may have felt like it was bound to go awry.

That’s because Mercury being in retrograde tends to result in many miscommunications, and now that the retrograde is over, you will be able to notice that communication is becoming easier. However, while it is easier, it is important to tread gently still because the energy of the retrograde might linger for a while.

Everything that has happened over the past couple of weeks may have thrown your life into a completely different direction to the one in which it was moving, and you may have felt like you had no idea what to do or how to handle the changes that came at you in such a short space of time.

Now that the retrograde is over, you will notice that resolutions will be coming around for all the things you have been struggling with. You need to be patient with this process to reap the full benefits of the transformations you will be facing.

Taking Action

Now that the retrograde is over, it might be time for you to begin slowly taking action and working towards the things that you have wanted to work on for a long time but have been too nervous or busy, to begin with.

We advise that you start slowly and small to build because you will likely have residual retrograde energy that will linger for a while and might influence how you do things and how successful your endeavors will be.

Moving Forward

While we are still in retroshade, it is not the time to make big moves or plans because the universe is still settling into a rhythm that will be more comfortable for everybody. However, you can start to make plans.

Now is a good time to find out what your intentions are for the next couple of months and what you would like to achieve and begin making plans to move in that direction so that you can achieve all of those things.

Once you have envisioned what you want for the next couple of months in your life, you can take the time to establish a plan of action so that you know exactly how to achieve all the goals that you have set.

This plan should be specific and measurable to know how far you have come and what more you need to do to get to where you want to be.
