The Right Mask
You must choose the correct mask for the amount of time that you will spend wearing it. Masks have become something of a fashion accessory over the last year, but you must wear the correct one.

Ensure It Fits

Find a mask that covers your nose and mouth without any huge gaps on the sides, but ensure that you are still protected. There should be enough air that you can easily take a deep breath, but not so much that you could feel a breeze coming through your mask.
Avoid The Heat
An easy way to ensure that you do not get too hot in your mask is to ensure that you avoid going out at the hottest times of the day when the sun is at its strongest. Staying indoors from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. will help you to stay cool.
Not only will your skin not be damaged by the sun, but you will feel much better because you will not have to wear your mask while it is boiling hot outside.
During summer, it is always important to stay hydrated, no matter what. However, if you’re going to be going out and wearing a mask, it becomes that much more important that you are hydrated at all times.
Being dehydrated and wearing a mask is not a good idea as it could result in you getting too hot too fast and even fainting. Ensure that you always have some water with you and that you drink it if you begin to feel faint.
Limit The Time
If you can help it, try not to spend too much time wearing your mask. Ensure that you can go somewhere where your mask is not required every now and then so that you can breathe fresh air for a while.
You must take care of your health and the health of those around you, but you must also ensure that you get enough fresh air every day to feel good and healthy.
