Bentonite clay has become something of a go-to product in recent years and shows no signs of slowing down as one of the most purchased beauty products. This bath contains some bentonite clay mixed in with lavender, Epsom salts, and frankincense.
The salts will gently exfoliate the skin while the bentonite clay pulls toxins from the skin and the lavender and frankincense balance hormones in the body. This bath will leave you feeling ten years younger.

Muscle Soothing Bath
After a long day at the office or a killer workout in the gym, we all tend to develop some aches and pains in our muscles. While sitting in any hot bath will help relieve the feeling of sore muscles, this bath will take it to the next level.
All you need is 5 drops of arnica oil, 5 drops of marjoram, 5 drops of juniper oil, and 2 tablespoons of milk. This bath has all the ingredients to help soothe your sore muscles quickly and efficiently. Spend 20 minutes in this bath, and you’ll forget your muscles were ever aching.
Pink Salt, Grapefruit, and Ginger Bath
Aside from this bath sounding like a cocktail that we would love to be sipping on the beach, it is an excellent detox bath recipe. All of the ingredients work together to restore moisture, improve circulation, stimulating your lymphatic system.
The salt will restore your skin’s moisture and balance it so that you don’t lose too much moisture in day-to-day life. The grapefruit essential oil will help your body naturally eliminate toxins, and ginger aids the body’s natural healing process.

The Relaxing Bath
All baths are naturally relaxing; lying in a lovely warm body of water feeling all safe and calm would make anybody feel relaxed, but the ingredients in this bath will have you floating on cloud nine.
5 drops of lavender oil, 5 drops of cedarwood oil, and 2 tablespoons of milk are all you need to create the bath of dreams. The lavender and cedarwood promote relaxation, and the milk will moisturize your skin. 20 minutes in this bath, and you’ll be ready for your full eight hours of sleep.
