Gigi Hadid Debuts Eye-Catching Red Hair

After giving birth nine months ago, model Gigi Hadid is returning to the runway and she's doing with a new gingery red hair color.

We've become accustomed to seeing the model in her signature dark blonde hair. However, as a new mom, Gigi Hadid has come decided to go for a dramatic switch-up as she makes her return to the runway.

The supermodel who says she was inspired by Anya Taylor-Joy's character Beth Harmon in "The Queen's Gambit" took to Instagram to show off her new 'do.

On March 5, the twenty-five-year-old, made her return the runway for Versace's Milan Fashion Week show where she appeared rocking a whole new hair color.

Hadid had initially shared some images on her Instagram stories of the dyeing process and then some selfies with the new hair color.

"We went for a light ginger with a hint of cinnamon. It looks great with her complexion and it's a fresh take on red."

Papandrianos also went on to share some images of the transformation on his Instagram grid, celebrating the new ginger Gigi.

Hadid has clearly been taken by Netflix's hit series "The Queen's Gambit." She credits the show for her inspiration to the new fiery color in an Instagram story, wearing her hair long and loose.

"She is dedicated to everyone responsible for 'The Queen's Gambit.'"

Under her colorist's post, Instagram users having been expressing much love for the new hair color. One commenter said, "Bravo Pano, she looks like a superhero now ?????."

It's been six months since the model gave birth to her and singer Zayn Malik's child, Khai. While she's been back modeling for some months, she hadn't hit the runway till now, and what a way to stage a comeback as well as welcome spring.

A new season is a great reason to switch up your hair color if ever you need an excuse or motivation to do so. Maybe you'll take the inspiration too and go for a spicy red too.
