Sydney Sweeney's Skincare Routine
1. Cleansing
In a 2022 video for Allure, Sweeney shared that she always starts her day by either showering or washing her face. She uses the Laneige Cream Skin Milk Oil Cleanser, which works well with sensitive skin. After rinsing the cleanser off, she recommends patting your face dry with a towel instead of rubbing it around.

2. Eye Mask And Ice Roller
After cleansing her face, Sweeney follows with an eye-mask, which she says helps her "wake up." She uses the 111Skin Rose Gold Illuminating Eye Mask. While she has the eye masks on, she goes in with cold therapy using an ice roller.
The "Euphoria" alum gently rolls the tool on different areas of her face, including beneath her jawline and along her neck. She said she keeps multiple ice-rollers in her freezer, which she also uses on set.
However, if she's extremely tired and needs a stronger pick-me-up, she will do an ice-water facial, which involves filling a large bowl with water and ice, and dunking your face for 15–20 seconds at a time.

3. Serum
Once she's done using her ice roller, Sweeney removes her eye masks and moves on to applying her SkinCeuticals H.A. Intensifier serum. "I always make sure that I don't touch this dropper on any skin, 'cause then it will, I don't know, it gets bacteria, any of that," she said. "So, I make sure that I stay away from touching my own skin."
Sweeney enjoys using serum as it helps her skin retain moisture. The "White Lotus" star revealed that she has combination skin — a type where some areas of the face are oily and others are dry — which tends to get dehydrated. That's why hydration, for her, is a priority.

4. Moisturizer
After applying her serum, Sweeney locks in hydration with the Laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream. "I am not joking when I say this makes my skin feel like it is just fluffy and soft and alive. I was currently filming in a very dry state, and this was my savior," she said of the product.
She recommends applying it both on your face and your neck. She also shared that she applies moisturizer on her eyelids, as they used to get dry when she was younger.

5. Sunscreen
Sweeney admitted she used to hate putting on sunscreen as most of the brands she tried caused breakouts. Eventually, she found a brand that worked for her skin, and that was the EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46.
She also applies hand sunscreen, which she was introduced to sometime in 2021. She added this product to her routine as someone who frequently gets their nails done, which are often exposed to UV light.

That wraps up Sydney Sweeney’s skincare routine — simple, effective, and totally achievable. The actress proves that consistency and care go a long way when it comes to maintaining a healthy glow.
Whether it’s her ice-rolling trick or her go-to Laneige moisturizer, Sweeney’s approach reminds us that good skin is all about finding what works and sticking with it.
