There are a few ways to wake up ASAP that don’t evolve coffee. They might sound weird at first, but they actually work!
Waking up, especially if you’re feeling tired or after a restless night’s sleep, can be challenging. Fatigue kicks in, and more often than not, we’re crawling in bed, hitting snooze five times.
The good news is that there are few tricks you can do to get ready for your day ahead and shake off the sluggishness. However, these seven tips can come in handy and prevent you from falling asleep in front of your computer.

Truth be told: the snooze button doesn’t help. We’ve got this idea that hitting snooze will give us a bit more rest. But, in fact, they can ruin your day and make you even more tired.
A good solution is to place your alarm clock or phone across the room. This forces you to wake up and turn it off. The most important thing is: after you turn it off, don’t go back to bed!
