Would you like to have healthier and more beautiful nails but don't have time for a manicure? Do not worry! You can set up a beauty salon in your home and feel beautiful in minutes.


Experts recommend taking care of your nails every day to get damaged, cracked, or have an unsightly color, especially if you smoke.

Maybe you like them natural or with nail polish, always the same color or changing it according to clothing. In any case, it is essential that you take care of your nails at least at a basic level, meeting their needs.

1. Don't Bite Your Nails

An obvious piece of advice if you want to have beautiful nails, do not bite them! We often pick up this bad habit because of stress. The best advice for losing this behavior is to find the proper technique to relax.

Take a deep breath and relax. Everything is going to be okay. And to let off steam, take advantage of the good weather and go for a good jog!

2. Moisturise

After washing your hands, you must apply a cream, without exception. This will prevent the skin from drying out and at the same time, moisten the nail area, making them grow healthier and stronger.


Also, it will prepare you for the cold months when your nails suffer from using very hot water. In summer you have to protect them from the sun and chlorine from the swimming pool.

3. Eat A Good Diet

Our diet has repercussions on our skin, our hair, and even our nails! We should therefore consume fruits, vegetables, and dairy products regularly. A healthy and balanced diet leads to healthier nails. You can also consume brewer's yeast, a microscopic fungus.


It doesn't sound very appetizing, yet it is an essential vitamin B1 and B2. This product is very easy to find in supermarkets or organic supermarkets. It is often sold in the form of a food tablet or a straw to incorporate into your dishes. As a bonus, it will beautify your hair and your skin at the same time!

4. File Your Nails

Never use a nail clipper unless you have them too long and want to keep them very short. On the contrary, use a file to get the length you like best and have them cured and rounded.


By doing this, you will prevent them from breaking or falling apart. Also, be careful when filing your nails. It would be best if you always did it in the same direction; otherwise, your nails will double.

5. Choose Acetone Free Nail Polish Remover

We often hear about acetone, but what is it? Acetone is a solvent used in some nail removers, paint removers, and even some glues! It is made from the breakdown of fatty substances and is present in small quantities in the human body.

Acetone is an aggressive product and is frequently used to remove its varnish, which dries out the skin and damages your nails. It is, therefore, necessary to avoid using solvents containing it.
