Jennifer Aniston’s Beauty Routine: How the Actress Maintains Her Healthy Glow
The "Just Go With It" actress has long been a style icon since her days on "Friends," and now, at 56, fans are wondering how she has maintained such a healthy glow. Her facialist has spilled her secrets.
You might be surprised to learn that Jennifer Aniston's philosophy on aging gracefully lies — or at least begins — in the mind. However, what she doesn't say out loud is that, at the center of it all, is a deep gratitude for the body she lives in.

The actress is considered an icon for many reasons, but most recently, she has been praised for her ongoing efforts to inspire women to embrace aging. During a recent interview with Glamour, she noted how her generation didn't have role models that pushed this message forward.
"For me, aging gracefully comes down to optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want, but I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are," she told the outlet. Still, that doesn't mean "The Morning Show" star is completely opposed to getting treatments.

"I'm not going to say I don't get facials and lasers and all that good stuff. I'm maintained,' she admitted. "I'm not going to just let the gray hairs take over. It's all about perspective – and remembering this is our one body. It's a mindset."
Her facialist, celebrity esthetician Joanna Czech, echoed this sentiment. "She is consistent and disciplined in living a healthy lifestyle," Czech told InStyle in 2024. It's not just the products she uses, but she's also a great student."
Aniston's skincare routine comprises these basic cornerstones: getting lots of sleep, daily use of sunscreen and gentle cleansers, drinking plenty of water, and keeping her skin well-protected and hydrated.
According to Czech, one of the main products that Aniston uses is the Tatcha Serum Stick, a moisturizing serum in stick form. You can apply it over makeup or as the last step in your skincare routine to lock in moisture.
As Dr. Marissa Garshick, MD, a board-certified dermatologist, explains, the serum stick "delivers targeted hydration and smooths fine lines and creases, especially around the eyes and mouth." In the evenings, Aniston treats her skin with a retinol serum.
"Retinol is perhaps the best studied anti-aging ingredient that we have to fight the signs of aging," Dr. Joshua Zeichner, MD, also a board-certified dermatologist, shares.
"It is known to stimulate the production of collagen and elastic fibers to strengthen the skin's foundation and improve the appearance of wrinkles," Dr. Zeichner continues. Additionally, Aniston does facial ice baths at home.
The process involves filling a large bowl with ice and water, and dunking your face several times to wake up the skin, energize it, and tighten it. On occasion, Aniston will also use sheet masks and under-eye masks to hydrate the delicate skin around her eyes.
She also enjoys the benefits of a few facial tools, including an at-home red-light mask, and an electric sculpting bar. The 56-year-old then takes it a step further with a few minimally invasive and non-invasive facial treatments, namely the salmon sperm facial and Thermage treatments.
