Natural Nails Are a Fast-Spreading Trend – Tips to Keep Them Neat and Photos for Inspiration
These days, manicures that mimic natural nails are all the rage. Many celebrities in Hollywood, top models, social media influencers, and even nail polish fans admire the chic-yet-unfussy approach to this kind of trend.
Colorful nails are still popular, but natural-looking manicures are now everyone's favorite. In contrast to traditional "nude" nail polish, which has a solid color on the nail bed, this new trend has semi-transparent colors that match one's skin tone.
Many people are interested in keeping their hands and nails clean and perfect looking. Just like their skin, they want their nails to have a radiant and healthy appearance.

Making Nails Look Natural Needs Some Stuff
Nail polishes that look as close as possible to their natural nail color are increasingly popular now. Cienna Rose nail polish founder Carla Opoku shared her views about the latest trend:
"Natural nails look fresh and less uptight. Just like [TV presenter and singer] Rochelle Hulmes' manicure, there's no bold, opaque colors to hide behind so nails really do need to look bright and groomed."

According to Opoku, using the appropriate nail products is essential to ensure that natural-colored manicures continue to look their best over time.
Although natural-looking nails are currently popular, a wide range of other manicure styles are also trendy, and most of these nail polish never go out of style.
A nail cuticle remover, cuticle oil, a nail file, and a buffer are essential to achieve stunningly clean nails. Meanwhile, a nail technician also plays a crucial role in keeping the nails neat.

According to Metta Francis, a well-known nail technician, the best way to keep a manicure in good shape is to use cuticle oil twice daily and a hand moisturizer regularly.
To prevent dead-skin buildup, the nail technician also suggested using a hand scrub and a mask at least once per week to maintain the suppleness and smoothness of the skin.
The nail care professional also said that it's best to push the skin at the cuticle area backward gently, and it should be done after a bath or shower because the skin is in its softest state.

Types of Polish for Natural-Looking Nails
Acrylic nails or their gel-based counterparts can be used to achieve natural-looking nails. The use of nail strengtheners or nail hardeners is recommended for individuals who want their manicures to last as long as possible.
Nail hardening products and strengtheners come in many different colors and can be used for various purposes, including treatment and cosmetic enhancement.

There are at least two options for individuals uncertain about which type of nail polish they should purchase: gel polish and regular nail paint.
The gel formula has a three-week longer shelf life than the regular formula. Francis recommends looking for nail polish shades close to one's skin tone when searching for regular nail polish.

Other Types of Manicures
Although natural-looking nails are currently popular, a wide range of other manicure styles are also trendy, and most of these nail polish never go out of style.
Among these stunning manicures are the classic French manicure, the American manicure, the press-on nail manicure, and the dip-powder manicure.
One of the most classic trends is the French manicure, which consists of transparent nail polish with white tips. The American version resembles the French version, but the nail tips are lighter in color.

Dip-powder manicures have been around for a while, but they have recently become popular in the nail industry. As the name suggests, this method involves putting your nails into powdered nail polish.
On the other hand, press-on nails are an easy manicure because they are easy to put on with an adhesive. Numerous press-on nails are available, and you can order custom nails designed for your style.
