False nails provide an even more shapely nail. A well-groomed set of nails can add the finishing touches to a woman's beauty regimen.

There are several types of false nails available, but the two preferred types are gel nails and acrylic nails.

With false nails, women can have long, beautiful nails that look natural and do not break. When deciding between gel or acrylic nails, there are a few things every woman should consider.

Acrylic presupposes a perfect mixture of elements. It must be prepared with the proper density and the right balance to have an optimal yield. All this presupposes a specific type of experience on the part of those who do it.

The gel, on the other hand, is cured with a UV or LED lamp. This does not mean more incredible lightness, but the gel remains the "easier" way between the two techniques.

Between the two, acrylic is much stronger than gel. Acrylic is much more complex, so it is ideal for those who work a lot with their hands or those who use chemicals or similar. Gel, in general, lasts less than acrylic.

In terms of cost, there is no correct answer. It also depends on the professional. It is interesting to know that the reconstruction with acrylic takes place without the aid of the lamp because it simply dries in the air, so it could tend to cost less than the gel.

Which Is Easier To Remove And The Reconstruction

Gel nails must be removed either with a bur or a file, while you can remove the acrylic with an acetone pack on each finger. In case you are in a hurry, you can still pull it like gel. It tends to make less dust.

Thanks to the technique used for acrylic, the natural nails are not damaged, and once removed, you will find the nails in good health. The gel, on the other hand, could be slightly more aggressive.

Maintenance

All false nails require some form of maintenance. With acrylic nails, women will need to have their nails redone every two to three weeks or as the natural nail grows.

Gel nails do not need as much filling as acrylic nails because the gel is not as thick as the acrylic coating and therefore is not as noticeable when it grows.
