The royal family turns heads wherever they go, even when they’re out on a casual stroll. But they surely steal all the spotlight on those rare occasions when they decide to grace award functions, and BAFTAs have been quite lucky in this regard.

The British Academy Film Awards have been around for 74 years. This year, Prince Philip was honored at the BAFAs, after his demise last Friday. The late Duke of Edinburgh served as BAFTAs’ president from 1959 to 1965.
